HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FORORDERS TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 10-15 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER ON TIME?

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. FREE international shipping on all orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, but some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact us page if you can't see your country listed at the checkout and would like to discuss international ordering options.

CAN I GET A REFUND, DO A RETURN, OR AN EXCHANGE FOR THEPRODUCT I ORDERED?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange (Items must be returned in unused condition within 10 days of the delivery date).
Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?

You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.
